how does it work?
a personalised fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching experience that uses evidence-based tools to help you build life-changing health habits, unfuckwithable self-acceptance, and the confidence you need to create the life you want.
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have:
Bi/weekly coaching sessions (45–60 min) for personalised guidance toward achieving your life goals.
Bi/weekly homework tasks to reinforce what you learn in coaching & help you build sustainable habits that feel fucking amazing.
Access to the wolf wellness app for your custom gym or home strength training program + daily habit tracker.
Custom meal plan + lessons on how to have a healthy relationship with food.
Step-by-step training in evidence-based nutrition, body image, and mindset tools that foster emotion regulation, self-trust & resilience.
Monthly progress reports to track results, keep you accountable & fine-tune your program.

meet your coach
I’m cheri, personal trainer, life coach, volunteer trauma counsellor, honours psychology student, queer decolonial feminist, dancer, writer, cat mother, lefty anarchist, and Britney Stan.
I’ve built strength (inside and out) while juggling multiple jobs, full-time studies, and women’s rights advocacy work. I’ve won multiple scholarships & graduated cum laude. But none of that makes me a great coach.
It was overcoming abusive relationships, addiction, rejection, disordered eating, and crippling insecurity that taught me most of what I know. That is my gift to you.
